Requests for Self Reporting Marks for post-secondary

Basically, students cannot self-report a course mark unless we have passed an official reporting period and there is a mark on a report card.

For semester two courses, students simply report that they are taking the course and report no mark.

Essentially this means that you need to wait until we have a report card like April term 3.
