"Doubt" Reflections on this week's activities:

What opinions did you arrive at before entering your jury deliberations - either before our chat with Mr. Emerson or after our chat with Mr. Emerson.  For example, had you already formed an opinion on whether Ron Polokoff was guilty or not guilty?  Or were you undecided?  Explain.

Describe your jury deliberation process. For example: How did you and your jury elect a foreperson? How did you and your jury run the deliberations?  Did everyone participate? How did your group reach a decision, handle conflicting evidence or opinions?  Were there any "heated" arguments? How did you or your group handle these?
