Hi everyone,
Here is a link to a video that shows part of the Supreme Court of Canada Hearing regarding Pregnancy Leave rights and discrimination. It was a BCTF case but I am sharing this with you not for that purpose/reason, but because it gives us a rare glimpse into the Canadian Supreme Court of Canada and the outcome affects all Canadians. The whole proceedings are linked but it is cued up to the BCTF (appellate) arguments.
